1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on the bk9 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date — we reserve the right to close any account found to have provided false information. Each user may only create one account; operating multiple accounts will result in their permanent closure. It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Users located outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the bk9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods must be used when making deposits, and the information provided must be accurate. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe once the verification process is complete. If suspicious transactions or money laundering attempts are detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction, which are clearly stated on the platform's payment page. If a transaction encounters an issue due to a technical error, our support team is obligated to provide a resolution in a timely manner.
3. Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers from bk9 are provided under specific terms, which are described in detail on the promotions page. Once a bonus is accepted, the associated funds cannot be withdrawn until the designated wagering requirements are met. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as fraud. Each promotion has a set validity period; any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. bk9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
4. Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
Any fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or automated tools on the platform is strictly prohibited. The platform must not be used to harass, insult, or harm other users. Any attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities in our systems or gain unauthorized access to our servers will be subject to legal action. Collusion, match fixing, or participation in any form of dishonest activity is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account closure. If any user's actions damage the reputation of bk9, we reserve the right to take necessary legal measures. All users are requested to remain respectful toward others and maintain a healthy environment.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the bk9 platform — logos, designs, software, games, and text — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users are granted limited permission to use the platform solely for personal entertainment. For third-party games or services, the intellectual property rights and terms of the respective provider shall apply. Any copyright infringement complaints may be reported to our support team, and we will take prompt action.
6. Limitation of Liability
The bk9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance breaks, or internet connectivity problems. bk9 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. 7. Amendments to Terms & Enforceability
